Yes!! You must add ALL items into your cart before you complete the transaction. There is a $1.00 shipping fee for every item placed into your cart, AFTER the FIRST item.

For example:
Item 1 shipping cost: $2.72
Item 2 shipping cost will be $1.00
Item 3 shipping cost will be $1.00
Total shipping cost: $4.72

-MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED...

By purchasing item(s) from SillyBees, you (the buyer) have agreed to the following policy:

“All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. I (SillyBees) am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items or packages during shipping. You (the buyer) will be responsible for additional shipping fees, if I (SillyBees) must re-send your order, due to an invalid/insufficient shipping address that you have provided. Please read the Policies & FAQS section for more information regarding re-sent packages. I (SillyBees) have the right to refuse service to anyone.”

All fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap. SillyBees will never send out damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, however, it is most likely due to the post office. SillyBees is not responsible for it.

-WHAT CAN I DO IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT I HAVE PROVIDED IS INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT?

ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET:
If your order has not been shipped yet and you notice an error in the shipping address, that you have provided, contact me (SillyBees) immediately with the new address.

ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED:
If your order has already been shipped with an incorrect/insufficient shipping address (that you provided), USPS will most likely re-send the package back to me. In the event that this happens, I will notify you as soon as possible. I will issue you a refund for the items that you have ordered; however, you will be be responsible for the shipping fee.

If you would like your items to be re-shipped to the correct address, you must place another order, with the correct address.

According to USPS, Tracking is:

3. Arrival at the delivery unit, and departure from the delivery unit with the carrier

USPS Tracking does NOT provide:

1. Expedited delivery
2. Guaranteed delivery time
3. Mailing or signature receipt (unless an additional service is purchased)

-WHAT SIZE/DEPTH/CIRCUMFERENCE IS THE COOKIE CUTTER?

Unfortunately, I do not have the tools to measure the depth and/or circumference of the cookie cutters. Cookie cutters come in many different shapes and sizes. It is difficult to measure them and get an exact measurement.

I have taken photos of each cookie cutter on a cutting mat, with the measurements from behind. If you would like an estimated measurement, please look at the photos that are provided in the listing. The measurements on the green mat are in INCHES. Some listings already state the approximate size of the cookie cutters.

-CAN YOU MAKE DIE CUTS/PUNCH CUTOUTS (ELEPHANT, BALLOON, STAR, ETC.) IN A PARTICULAR SIZE; A SIZE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE IN THE LISTING?
