You can request the design to be a different color or have it put on a shirt, romper or onesie. The bow is just pinned on, please remove before washing or take off if you perfer not to have it. Other sizes are available upon request.

Shipments are made within 5 to 7 days once payment is recieved. Your purchase will be shipped to your Etsy address, so please double check that your Etsy address is current to avoid any delays in shipping. Lollie Pops Boutique is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or items lost or damaged in the mail. If your order is returned to me YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying additional shipping charges for me to ship the item to you again. Once the item has shipped and the USPS accepts the shipment it is out of my hands. I do not issue refunds for items lost or damaged in the mail, unless your package was insured with Priority Shipping.
We accept VISA/MC and Discover through Etsy Direct Check-out or PayPal. Payment is required at the time order is placed and processing time does not begin until you have ordered and paid.
If you need to CANCEL for any reason, please notify me within 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please notify me within 3 days if I have made a mistake on your order so that we can make arrangements for you to return the item and recieve a replacement once the original item has been returned.
