But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refund policy for necklaces: full refund if item arrives damaged or not at all. Refund minus shipping costs if item doesn't fit or suit.

For all other items, refund only if item arrives damaged or never arrives at all.

Not covered:

1. Buyer's remorse.

I've had a customer ask for a full refund on a $3 item plus the $2.62 for shipping, because the person he ordered it for didn't want it. Obviously, I can't get a refund from USPS for $2.62 in wasted stamps.

2. Delays due to the buyer error, like giving me the wrong address. (Yep, you guessed it - same buyer of the $3 item!)
