Spider Plants make excellent house plants or indoor plants because they are extremely easy to grow. They are able to cleanse the air of pollutants such as formaldehyde and carbon monoxide.
How to Care for the Spider Plant
Chlorophytum conmosum is a very easy to grow plant.
Water your spider plant’s soil when the upper 1 inch of soil dries out. Make sure to saturate the soil until the water runs from the plant’s base. Reduce watering in Fall and Winter—provide just enough water to keep the soil moist. Distilled water or rain water is best! Spider plants enjoy light but not direct sunlight. Remove any damaged leaves. Feed every 4 weeks from Spring—Summer.
The Spider Plant will propagate for you so enjoy your new little spiders!
