This is a collection of 15 vintage coloured paper doilies, I believe they are c1980s.

Shipping & policies
All my items are packaged very carefully using lots of bubble wrap and stiff and sturdy cardboard boxes.
I use recycled materials where possible as part of my environmental policy. Please let me know if this is something you would rather I did not do.
I use Royal Mail for small and medium UK parcels, and although this may be a little more expensive than some of the couriers, I have found that your item is less likely to be damaged. For large parcels I usually use Royal Mail Parcelforce.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping from the UK can be expensive. I am dismayed at how much large or heavy items cost to send abroad. I base my postage on shipping to the USA, usually via UPS which seems to be the lowest cost for the best service.
All items are sent signed for/tracked. If your parcel doesn't arrive please contact me and I will do my best to find out what is happening with it. You can also do this yourself with the tracking number provided.
If you are in Europe it is likely to cost less than stated. Please contact me for an accurate quote to your destination. I will always refund you if the shipping costs are less than you have paid.
I will always combine postage, please allow me to calculate a price for you if you have bought more than one item. I will refund you the difference if sending your item ends up costing less than you have paid.
I will dispatch your order within 7 days of placing it. It is often quicker than that, but I can't guarantee it. However, if you need it urgently, please contact me at the time of purchase and I will do my best to ship it the next day.
International parcels should arrive approximately 7 days after dispatch. UK parcels should arrive with 48 hours of dispatch unless I contact you to say otherwise.
International buyers, please be aware of the customs and import taxes for your own country, I am unable to know all the different charges and procedures, and these charges are solely your responsibility.
Payment must be made within 3 days of buying my items please.
International buyers are solely responsible for paying taxes applicable in their country
Returns & exchanges
If the broken item was part of a set I can only refund for the actual item, not the whole set. If the whole set has been damaged I can only refund you 50% of the cost of the item, because I cannot be held liable for damage caused to such an extent by the postal company. This is rare, but it does happen, and often a shipping company has exclusions preventing claims for fragile items such as glass and china.
All items are shipped intact and very well packed so unfortunately only 50% of the shipping costs can be refunded, I think it's fair that we share the risk of sending fragile items. Please keep in mind that I am just a person working from home with a small shop and a small turnover, I am not a big company, therefore any loss is felt by me and will have an impact on my already small income.
Please contact me straight away if there is a problem with your purchase. If you contact me more than 48 hours after the tracking has stated it has been delivered, I will not refund for damage.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for items because you change your mind. I describe and photograph things as accurately as I can.
If your order doesn't reach you, any loss will have to be investigated. Please bear with me during this process, as it can take up to 30 days, sometimes longer. If you have chosen to send your item untracked and I cannot recover the costs, I am afraid I will be unable to offer a refund. I recommend that all items are sent tracked, but sometimes this costs more, so it all depends on the risk you are willing to take.
I cannot be held responsible for the loss of your item by a postal company and I cannot refund any part of your order if I cannot recover the costs myself. You are always welcome to chase the postal company to recover the costs yourself.
I also cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given on a buyers postal address. I will ship it to the address as it appears on your Etsy order. If your item has not been delivered because of a fault on the address I cannot be held accountable for that and will not be able to offer a refund.
Although I only sell high quality vintage pieces, please be aware older china has slight imperfections: extra lumps or dents; uneven painting; minor knife and fork scratches; dark patches on china or metal; or slight variations from item to item. The most common imperfections are signs of wear, especially to gilt edging. Please bear in mind that antique/vintage items are likely to look like this.
Where they are significant, such as a small chip or crack, I will state this in the listing. It is your responsibility to read the listing carefully, and to look at all the photographs before buying an item. If you have not read the listing and therefore are unaware of any damage or imperfections, I cannot accept responsibility for that.
I endeavor to describe and photograph my items as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, please ask. I would never purposely list an item inaccurately.
I list dates and details which are to the best of my knowledge; if these are incorrect in any way, please let me know and I will rectify my mistake.
Please note that postage costs are for postage and packaging, so they will be slightly above the actual cost of the stamp. I keep this to a minimum though because usually it covers only the cost of some of the bubble wrap (I cover the rest of that cost and usually am able to re-use boxes).
If you are happy with your purchase, I would really appreciate you taking the time to leave me some feedback. Thank you :)
