‘Top of the Morning’ is a mesmerising contemporary quilt design inspired by the beautiful colours of the early morning and evening sky. Using simple traditional patchwork piecing techniques, the project is suitable for all experience levels and can easily be extended to make a much large quilt.
This detailed pattern guides you through cutting your fabric, preparing the sashing, block construction, and includes notes on preparing the quilt backing, wadding and layering up.
With a detailed layout diagram showing the exact arrangement of fabrics and lots of supporting photographs, you can confidently re-create my design
