this is a diy tutorial to make a bonnet just like the pictured one!

this is a beginner friendly pattern. you do not have to be a seasoned knitting expert, i am sure you can learn how to do it easily enough!

This listing is for a PATTERN ONLY. It is a beginner friendly knitting pattern that includes sizes from newborn to 4 years (newborn, 0-3 montms 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months, 2-4 years).

i believe all the stitch details and every aspect of how to make this bonnet is described in detail in my PDF pattern!

Gauge: 4 in / 10cm – 21 stitches in stockinette stitch

you will need a skein of DK yarn and needles to obtain the gauge - you will have to make a gauge swatch to make sure you match the gauge.
you can also use finer yarns and larger needles if you want a daintier look.

this bonnet is knit flat - there is no knitting in the round! also, there is no sewing, all is knit in one piece.
you will need knitting needles (to obtain the gauge), a small stitch holder and darning needle to weave in the yarn ends.
depending on the yarn you choose to use, you may want to block the bonnet once it is knitted.

everything i ship will ALWAYS come with a tracking number. yet please note that not all countries support tracking - not all post offices have mutual tracking agreements. also, in most countries you will be required to sign a paper given by the post office to prove that indeed the package was delivered. that way we both are safe and i always know if the package has reached you. please, keep in mind that there is no way i can be held accountable for whatever happens once the package leaves my local post office. of course, there will always be the tracking number to find out what is going on, but as i am not delivering each and every package in person, i really dont know why, for example, a package sometimes gets stuck for days in customs.
