Shipping & policies
I ship USPS almost always, I've found it to be less expensive and the packages arrive in better condition the majority of the time. I usually quote the least expensive way of shipping but you can always request another method. Insurance will be added into the shipping price of all fragile items and noted in the description. On other items you can request to add insurance.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
I pack my merchandise very well before shipping to avoid damaged items to the best of my ability. If you wish to insure an item please let me know before payment and I will adjust the price for you. This will protect you in the event of lost or damaged merchandise.
I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
I take Etsy's direct check out and paypal for payment. I only collect sales tax for purchases made in the state of Nevada. Notify me within 24 hours if you need to cancel a sale, in other words, before I have shipped the item, otherwise the sale is final.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving an item if there is a problem.
Please read descriptions thoroughly, look at all pictures and use the zoom option. Ask any questions you may have before purchasing an item. I will be happy to answer your questions promptly. It is always better to ask questions before purchasing an item rather than receiving something you are not happy with.
If you are unhappy with an item please contact me before leaving negative feedback. Customer service is very important to me and I will work with you to find a solution to the problem.
In the event that a refund is agreed upon:
Postage to be paid by buyer on any item that is returned. Item must be returned by same shipping method as I used to ship it to you. Do not return an item without contacting me first. In the event of shipping damage specific steps must be followed before filing a claim with the shipping provider.
My items are vintage and therefore not returnable unless grossly misrepresented (I reserve the right to determine if the item has been misrepresented).
If an item is damaged during shipping and has been insured a claim will have to be filed with the shipping provider. Specific steps must be followed to file a claim. Such as photos of damaged item in original shipping box, etc. Please contact me immediately if damage has occurred during shipping. I package items carefully to prevent shipping damage to the best of my ability.
Clothing and jewelry are not returnable.
Customs charges and duties:
I will not issue a refund on items that incur customs charges and duties that you do not wish to pay. It is your responsibility to find out what these charges will be prior to purchasing an item. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchase. I will not enter a lesser item price on a customs form to save you duties and customs charges. It is illegal to misrepresent the price of an item on a customs form.
I pack using both new and used packing materials and boxes, trying to live green.
I welcome custom orders when I can fill them.
