"Oh, let's go fly a kite / Up to the highest height / Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring / Up through the atmosphere..."
This colorway was inspired by the beloved movie, Mary Poppins. The tattered kite that the family flies towards the end of the movie was green with a yellow border. This colorway also has speckles of red, orange, and blue to signify the other kites flying up in the sky.

This is a next to the skin soft, non-scratchy, comfy yarn... Excellent base for sweaters and all your knitted accessories... hats, mitts, shawls, & cowls......
This fiber combination is safe to wash in your machine, but I would highly recommend HAND WASHING your finished garment in COOL WATER with a WOOL WASH and LAY IT FLAT TO DRY in order to preserve and extend the life of the finished object.
Every skein is unique, even in the same dye lot of the same color. Although the same colors and techniques are used each time, no two skeins are exactly the same. If you are making a large garment I would recommend that you alternate skeins. I only dye with professional acid dyes. (~acid~ refers to the the need for acid to set the dye...the agent used to help the dye adhere to the fiber... which is usually vinegar or citric acid)
Each skein is heat set and rinsed until the water runs clear but please be advised that there could still be a small amount of bleeding for the first few washes. Remember to use COOL water to avoid unnecessary bleeding.
My yarns are dyed in a clean, smoke-free, & pet-free home.
I do my best to photo each colorway accurately, but please be advised that some colors are harder to photograph than others & may differ from monitor to monitor and mobile device to mobile device.
