IS THE SHIPPING PRICE FOR A HALF YARD REALLY $7.30? THAT SEEMS REALLY HIGH!
No. Shipping for a half yard is NOT $7.30. Because of the way Etsy calculates shipping, there was no good way for us to accurately charge our customers. We refund any shipping overages within 3-4 business days. You will automatically be charged the shipping rate for the most used scenario (padded flat rate envelope) and then refunds will be issued accordingly. Anything less than 16 oz is sent first class unless otherwise requested. Shipping rates are posted in the policies section of the site, but for your convenience I have included them here:

.5 yard: 3 oz $4.24
1 yard: 6 oz $3.98
1.5 yards: 9 oz $3.56
2 yards: 12 oz $4.62
2.5 yards: 15 oz $5.46
FRE (paper): $7.15 3-4 yards
PFRE: 16+ oz $7.70 5-9 yards
Regional A depends on zone and weight usually less than med flat rate 9-15 yards
MFR: $14.45 10-20 yards
LFR: $19.80 20+ yards OR 1-2 full bolts
We will always check Priority Large Package/box shipping before using a MFR or LFR box. It is often less expensive to send a Priority box that is not Flat Rate. Regional boxes will be used when items will not fit in a PFRE, but there is not enough to fill a MFRB. Refunds will be given accordingly.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
Yes. we will be happy to ship you our fabrics if you I've outside the US. However, we do require you to request a custom listing. Canadian residents must request a custom listing for orders weighing over 16 oz (i.e.: 2.5 yards).
HOW MUCH OF EACH FABRIC DO YOU HAVE IN STOCK?
We have changed how we list our products on Etsy. Each listing has the available yardage in half-yard increments listed in the drop down menu. Simply choose your desired length and leave the quantity as "quantity 1". Stock of each item is updated daily. Prices for each length are listed so you know exactly how much you are paying up front. No calculations needed.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM CUT FOR COTTON FABRIC?
The minimum cut is 1/2 yard. At this time, we do not offer cuts of less than 1/2 yard as the cost of shipping makes this cost prohibitive.
WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE FABRIC IN YOUR SHOP?
Cotton fabric is the approximately 44/45 inches wide.
Some quilting fabrics are 108" wide. Please check each individual listing.
Knits are 45" wide - 60" wide. Please check each individual listing.
These widths are the industry standard for quilting cotton and apparel knits.
DISCOUNTS
We bring you savings on everyday prices! Since our prices are often reduced from the suggested MSRP we don't offer any additional discounts but will have sales from time to time.
Friday Finds:
We select 20-30 fabrics a week to place in the Friday Finds folder. From 9:00 am EST until 11:00 EST each Friday, these fabrics are discounts 20%. No additional coupon codes will be in effect during these hours on Fridays except the free shipping over $75 coupon code.
DO YOU OFFER FAT QUARTERS?
No. FQs are not available at this time.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE OR LESS THAN WHAT IS LISTED?
Simply contact us with your order and we will set up a custom listing for you right away provided we have the desired fabric in stock in the amounts you are needing. Often we can order in fabric we no longer have in stock or for which our inventory is low, so please ask!
WHY DID YOU CONTACT ME SAYING YOU ARE SHORT ON FABRIC OR OUT OF STOCK WHEN I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE IT FROM YOUR SHOP?
We do our best to keep our listings as accurate as possible, sometimes due to manufacturer shortages or inventory error we have less fabric than we thought. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but please know that this is a very rare occurrence.
