Please note that I ship packages to the address on file with Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
***Please make sure your Paypal and Etsy info is current to avoid lost packages. If you need it shipped to a different location, please send a note with the address. I am not responsible for packages lost or not delivered because you forgot to change or update your address when you moved. Please make sure you double check your address on file with etsy before you purchase.
I ship First-class USPS, using delivery confirmation on every package. If you have any questions or would like your item insured, please contact me.
I usually ship everyday, except weekends and holidays. I can not be held responsible for packages once they leave the post office. If you have problems with your mail delivery, please let me know and you can add insurance to your package or signature confirmation, that will be an extra charge. Thank you.
Also, I do ship first class international mail. I will have a postal receipt and customs number to show I sent the package, but once it leaves the US post office, I can not be held responsible. If you have problems receiving mail, I would recommend you ask for the item to be shipped using registered mail or express international. To ship registered or express mail international, there would be an extra charge.

Once the item is marked shipped, your order can not be cancelled or refunded. If I do agree to cancel an order(BEFORE IT SHIPS ONLY), there will be a small fee to cover the listing and relisting fee.
