Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
In most cases, international shipping takes around 7~15 business days. As you know, the shipping may be influenced by holidays, custom clearance and other uncertainties. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
As hats are SPECIAL, SEASONAL and HANDMADE products, please follow our store Returns and exchange policy:
1. If you wish to return, please contact us first in 2 days from receiving the order with the reason.
Items must be returned postmarked within 3 days of receipt with Packing Slip and provide us its return tracking number. You have to be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Returned item has to be in its original condition as when shipped. Not being worn, no perfume, no cosmetics.
Once we received your return items, we will process it in 1-3 businesses days.
Your original purchase price only (excluding original delivery charge) will be refunded.
The return address is same as on the box we shipped.
2. All items are guaranteed in perfect condition prior to shipment. If your item is damaged in some way during shipping, or you received a wrong item, please provide pictures and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
After receiving the damaged item or wrong item we shipped, we will make a replacement depending on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.

Where do you store your hat? How do you keep it looking as good as new?
For best results you should store your hat in a hatbox wherever possible, positioned upside down stuffing the crown with tissue paper to retain its shape. If you don’t have a hatbox, cover your hat in cellophane or a plastic bag to protect it from dust.
If your hat becomes dull and dusty, a simple clean with a vacuum soft brush attachment over the entire hat including any embellishments will do the trick.
Do not wash sinamay hats. Synthetic organza hats may be machine-washed. Silk organza is prone to shrinking and should be avoided although can be washed by hand with warm water and a mild detergent.
So give your hat some TLC and the next time you get the invitation to that all-important social function your hat will look as good as new.
There is one thing that I hope to have your attention on: Though all items are guaranteed in perfect condition prior to shipment, there might be some shape changes on the item due to long distance transportation or the box size limit. You can easily reshape it by using a steamer.
