LostStarr has a flat rate shipping policy. To ensure your package arrives in a timely fashion and isn't damaged, all items are shipped via UPS with tracking information and insurance based on the cost of the item sold. We do require signature confirmation to ensure the package is delivered to the intended recipient.
LostStarr accepts payments via PayPal only. E-checks through PayPal are also accepted, but your merchandise will only be shipped once payment has been cleared.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Your items is inspected before it is shipped and is guaranteed to be free of defects upon delivery. (ex ... stains, blemishes, fading of fabric) If your item is damaged during delivery, it is up to the recipient (you) to file a claim with UPS to recover the cost of the item purchased.
Items marked as made to order will take additional time to create. In most cases two - three weeks will be needed as all items are hand made. If you have a question about made to order items or would like to request a custom item, please click the Contact Shop Owner button in the left column.
