Shipping Policy Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is our objective to ship all orders within two business days after they are processed. During high volume orders, we may require additional time to process and ship orders. We will always ship orders with the utmost urgency.
Express Shipping: Please note that Express shipping is not available for online orders. If you need expedited shipping, please call 808-735-7800 to place your order by phone.
Any and all international customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of purchaser.
Hawaii Residents will be charged with a 4.712% sales tax.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include clays and glues. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange an item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
