All Items will ship to the address tied to your payment method. If you want your item shipped to another address please make sure you edit that address prior to purchasing.

If you are purchasing a gift and wish to have your items shipped to an alternate address you must contact me via Etsy messenger prior to purchase. By doing so, you're agreeing to the address change and forfeiting your right to file a claim if the item is lost/not delivered to the address tied to your payment method.

Please note that we are not responsible for items after they are shipped. All orders are sent with tracking unless otherwise specified and you will receive your tracking number at the time of shipment. Once your package shows scanned in to the post office we literally have no more information than the tracking number provides. We are of course here to help in anyway and refunds/re-sends will be handled on a case by case basis. If your order is lost by USPS you must file a lost package claim with your local post office and give them a chance to find it. The post office will not deem a package lost until 30 days in most cases so you may be required to wait 30 days before they will refund you. In our experience most lost packages show up with in a week of the delivered scan date. We're not sure why that happens, but it often does :(

International Orders: I do refund shipping overages if requested (minus a small handling fee). Due to a change in policy the prices for international shipping have gone up in 2018. We have tried to offset this cost with freebies and setting our shipping slightly lower than the actual cost. All orders are sent with tracking and buyer is responsible for all customs/entry fees.

**Items that are shipped and returned due to no fault of mine (ie. your address has changed post ordering) will be repackaged and charged the full shipping fee again to reship**

All items are shipped in protective packaging to keep them in perfect condition!
If your items show up damaged in any way other than post office negligence, please send us photos via etsy so that we can try to resolve that for you!
