Habitat base professionally done by Diamond Dust Taxidermy a few years ago. It wasn't used for the project it was originally intended for, and I don't have a current use for it, so am offering it for sale. It would work well for a small mammal mount, or a small to medium game head mount. I don't work on birds myself, but it may work for a bird mount also.
This forest habitat sits on a 10" walnut base and features ferns, soil, rocks, moss, mushrooms, and a twisted stump made from driftwood. The natural dried moss has been airbrushed with green dye so should continue to keep its color. The dimensions vary depending on how the ferns are bent, but are approximately 10" tall, 21" in length from ferns to tip of driftwood, and 16" wide from the front of the base to the ferns in back. I would remove the fiddlehead fern if you're going for an autumn scene.
The habitat is in good condition but has been in storage so may need a little cleaning. There are some traces of glue film on the surface of the walnut base near where the trim was attached. A little orange oil might help them disappear.
