While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address. Quistt Dezign is not responsible for any misinformation that is typed into the order. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Quistt Dezign will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any event. We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account.
International orders will be shipped via UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees associated with international shipping cost including but not limited to taxes and import fees.

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and credit cards for payment. Personal checks must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 14 days for confirmation that your check has cleared.
Returns & exchanges
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a 10% processing fee, this will be deducted from your refund You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $100.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Quistt Dezign is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
