PDF digital download of 1940s Style PDF Apron Pattern. A pretty, old-fashioned apron pattern with faced bib and shoulder straps decorated with rickrack, a gathered front skirt with an optional ruffled inset, and contrasting waistband and sash. Contrasting gathered pockets have lace detail. Recommended fabrics include cotton, cotton blends, poplin, quilting cotton, and shirting fabric. The pattern takes 2 total yards (1.8288 m) of fabric 42"-44" (1.0668 - 1.1176 m) wide, including 1-5/8 yards (1.49 m) for the main color and 3/8 yard (.34 m) contrasting colors for waistband, sash ties, and pockets.
This PDF pattern prints out 12 (twelve) 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of paper for the main apron, six for the contrasting colors, plus five sheets of instructions using Adobe Acrobat Reader, available at https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Instructions include photo illustrations. I have included a combined package of all patterns and instructions, or separate components, including photo instructions on how to print out the pattern.
