We will ship to the address you indicate at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct. We do NOT accept returns nor offer refunds for orders returned to us due to an incorrect address.
International shipping: I will ship International First Class if that's what you want but I strongly recommend Priority and insurance for international shipments. I'm not responsible for packages that get lost in the mail. Most First Class International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the US sorting facility.
Items with free shipping are sent first class mail if they weigh under 13 oz. If you need your item sooner, please message me to discuss.
All items must be paid for in full in advance. Cancelled orders may be refunded in full before work has begun. Pro-rated refunds are offered for custom items once fabric has been ordered or work has begun.
Returns & exchanges
Instock items: we accept returns and will offer a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) on unused, unwashed items. (An item that has been washed, worn, or dirtied; that has had tags removed; that has animal hair on it; or that has an odor is not considered "unused, unwashed.") Return requests must be within 15 days of ship date. (International orders or orders that took an exceptionally long time to be delivered have some flexibility here, based on delivery date, if the order was sent with tracking or delivery confirmation.) Please contact us in advance for instructions and a return authorization. Refunds or exchanges will be made only once the items have been returned for inspection. We are only able to refund or credit you for the amount of the items purchased, not for shipping expenses. Items purchased with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping your item from any refund. If you wish to exchange your item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you. The addition of personalization makes an item nonreturnable. Weighted blankets, hospital gowns, and gtube pads are not returnable. Many of our custom items are set to allow you to browse all of our available fabrics and let us know which you'd like us to use when you check out. If you do not choose a fabric, we will contact you to inquire about your preferences. If we have not received a response within 7 days of the order date, we will choose a fabric for you.
