Make sure your address is correct! Items shipped and delivered to old or wrong addresses are out of my hands and are not covered by insurance or me! Please double check your address before you check out. I will not replace items that are shipped to old or wrong addresses. Also make sure that your forwarding request with USPS includes packages and magazines.

Most items ship USPS priority insured with tracking. Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during the holidays shipping can take up to 2 weeks. Convo me if you need something within a certain time frame and I'll do the best that I can to make it happen.

*****Priority mail typically delivers in 2 - 4 days but it is NOT guaranteed by USPS. Priority Express is the only shipping method that guarantees delivery so if you need something by a certain date and time is running short with your order convo me to let me know and choose upgraded express shipping.

*****Insurance - if a package is marked delivered by the post office the transaction is considered complete. Insurance does not cover the item any longer even if it was misdelivered and you did not receive it or if it was stolen out of your mailbox or off your porch. Insurance for the most part is for lost or damaged packages. Because it does not cover misdelivered mail, orders over $35 will now be mailed certified, signature required, return receipt. Orders under $35 can choose certified, signature required, return receipt in case of misdelivery at least you can find out who signed for your package and possibly track them down.

You are responsible to ensure the address on your account is correct. I am not responsible for shipping to a wrong addresses on your account. Etsy and Paypal both require that I mail to the address on your account, please double check that you changed it and that the change took if you recently moved or if you had issues in the past.

What to do if your package is marked delivered but you can't find it:
1) Contact your local post office immediately (google for a local number) and ask they double check the GPS coordinates where the package was scanned and marked delivered. Yes, all delivered packages have a GPS coordinate assigned to them when they are scanned as delivered. Call right away as your postal carrier may remember delivering the package to a blue house on your street rather than your yellow house. It is very important to call as soon as you know your package is missing.

2) If you live in an apartment or condo type complex check with the office. Sometimes packages that are too big for your mailbox are left at the office. Also check your mailbox for a key to the large item box. If you cannot locate the key check with the office and call the post office, they may have an extra.

3) Check with your neighbors. I had an $800 package left on my neighbors porch so I understand how frustrating and fearful it is for USPS to say they delivered your package but you don't have it. USPS tracking will show where the item was left as in the mailbox, front porch/door, with agent/office. Do a quick scan of your neighbors porch. I do not recommend looking in their mailbox but you could ask each one to check theirs while you are with them. I know it is ridiculous that you have to do all this to track your package down, believe me, what do we pay for?? For the post office to lose our mail?!? Unfortunately it happens and it is then on us to be our own advocates.

4) If the post office insists it was delivered to the right house you will need to file a police report as mail theft if a CRIME. File a missing package report with USPS. This helps the main USPS office track trends for each post office and has actually alerted them to dishonest employees and contract carriers because trends were noted.

What to do if your package is delivered damaged:
1) Take pictures before you even open the package. There will also be a letter or note attached to the package that it was damaged during shipment. Take a picture of that as well.

2) Open and inspect your items.

If your items are not damaged or broken the transaction is complete.

If your item(s) are damaged take pictures and do NOT dispose of them. The post office will need to see the items once a claim is filed.

2) KEEP ALL the packaging - box or envelope, all the bubble wrap/paper inside the package, the letter/note from the post office that the package was damaged during shipment and the damaged item(s). The post office will need to inspect everything when processing a claim. Without all this a claim will most likely be denied as there is no proof.

3) Send me the pictures as I need them in order to file a claim. Remember to keep everything because once the post office starts working on the claim they will want to inspect everything. When asked you will need to take all of this to your local post office so they can inspect it. Without proof the claim will most likely be denied so it is very important to document and keep everything. If you refuse to document or take the items to the post office for inspection when asked I will be unable to process a refund.

4) A refund will be issued once a successful claim is completed. If you do not follow the steps and provide the documentation needed to successfully complete a claim I will not be able to refund your order.

What to do if your package arrives undamaged but the contents are broken:

1) Take pictures of everything - box/envelope, bubble wrap/paper inside and the broken items.

2) KEEP ALL the packaging - box or envelope, all the bubble wrap/paper inside the package and the damaged item(s). The post office will need to inspect everything when processing a claim. Without all this a claim will most likely be denied as there is no proof.

3) Send me the pictures as I need them in order to file a claim. Remember to keep everything because once the post office starts working on the claim they will want to inspect everything. When asked you will need to take all of this to your local post office so they can inspect it. Without proof the claim will most likely be denied so it is very important to document and keep everything. If you refuse to document or take the items to the post office for inspection when asked I will be unable to process a refund.

Cancellations for orders shipped next day or later must be made within 6 hours of payment. Items that ship same day must be cancelled before your order ships. If your order ships the same day and you change your mind after it has been shipped please see our refund policy.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
**Contact us before you return an item to verify the item is eligible for a return.**
All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 3 days of receipt of your item.
The items must:
Be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Not smell of perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. Rejected returns will not be returned until return shipping (back to you) is paid for.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.
Items that are returned outside of the 3 day window will not be refunded. The item will be returned to you when return shipping (back to you) is paid. **Contact us before you return an item to verify the item is eligible for a return!**
Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains, excessive wrinkling or any type indicators that article has been worn.

Every item is inspected twice before it ships, however, our eyes are only as human as we are so if you encounter a manufacturing defect please send us a picture immediately and we will arrange an exchange if the item is reproducible or a return if not.

Damaged or lost items will be handled accordingly with the USPS. Please provide photos of damaged good immediately to me so I can open a claim and work with you to resolve it. Take note of the shipping policy and misdelivered mail.

A refund will be not processed until the original item is delivered back to me in the required condition.
