I'm in the process of updating all listings, please be aware that all items are subject to change when it comes to shipping method. (priority vs 1st class) Until all listings can be updated, plan on your item shipping first class. With postal rates increasing yet again I just can't ask my customers to pay even more so I've changed things up a bit and will now be shipping most items 1st class pkg service. If you want to upgrade to priority mail, I will direct you to a link to purchase an upgrade. PLEASE plan accordingly when placing your order. I cannot speed things up on the post offices end! (but boy do I wish I could)

Customers MUST make sure they have entered their correct shipping address on their order. Unless previously agreed on another address, I only ship to the adress you have on file with your order. If you don't enter the correct shipping address, you will have to pay to reship your item once it is returned to me. This process will delay your purchase 2 to 3 weeks and cannot be sped up. PLEASE be sure you have the correct address on file before purchasing with me. This includes names, street address, town, state and ZIP CODE.

I ship all purchases through the USPS in safe and secure packaging as soon as possible. Generally your items will travel either priority mail or first class but there are times parcel select is the best way. If an item arrives damaged in the mail, please hang on to the packaging for insurance purposes or a claim may not be able to be filed. Insurance is included on most priority mail up to $50, if you would like extra insurance on higher value purchases, please let me know before placing your order so your invoice can reflect the correct costs. I am only shipping to the United States at this time.

While I work steadfast and intently on creating your purchase with love and care, please understand, things DO happen that are completely out of my control. Storms, natural disasters and postal delays are things that I dred as much as my customers do. If something does come up, please know that I am working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your package gets to you in the most timely manner possible...but safely. It does neither of us any good to rush something along that may get damaged or lost. I appreciate your understanding. Please READ ALL LISTINGS CAREFULLY before you purchase. While many items look the same, there are differences in many of them. Custom orders are non refundable. Reserved orders are non-refundable. Deposits are non refundable. In certain circumstances, a store credit may be issued by shop owner, at her discretion. There will be no cancellation of orders because buyer has 'changed their mind'- you are ordering a handcrafted item. Once purchased, an item comes 'off the shelf' in my shop and production starts as soon as possible after your order comes through on the sellers end. This ensures speedy delivery according to estimated shipping times-hence the no cancel/no refund policy for this shop. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Please keep in mind all items are handcrafted in my home studio and these are not mass produced. Some items are finished differently now vs how they were in the past. Your binding color may vary, ribbon color, pages in books may have different colros or patterns. All of this will be done with care to ensure the theme and feel of the book carries through. The nature of handmade is to be a little different and your purchase will reflect that with subtle differences. All items I offer come from a smoke free home. While not allowed in the studio, we do now have two absolutely adorable Catahoula/Bulldog mixes at home with us. I welcome rush orders as long as I can fit them into my order queue. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order if you are short on time to be sure I can get your order out in time.

RUSH ORDERS: all requests for rush orders MUST be approved by shop owner BEFORE purchase! Please contact me BEFORE you order. Most items take at least 3 to 6 business days to create THEN they ship via USPS which may take 2 to 7 days. If you purchase an item and expect it to arrive before the ship time allowed in the listing and you have not contacted me first-there is NO GUARANTEE your item will arrive just because you requested it AFTER ordering. I ALWAYS do my best to help when it comes to rush orders but you MUST contact me prior. No returns or refunds will be given if you don't contact me PRIOR to ordering. Please be respectful of my time just like I am appreciative of yours.

RUSH ORDER FEES: From time to time, if you request a rush order, I may have to change my plans in order to complete your order. This may include cancelling reservations, plans and cherished family time to fill your order. I MAY request a 'rush order fee' in order to complete your order which will be determined by convo and depends on your needs. Rush fee will be a minimum of $10 PER BOOK depending on what you need. Seller MUST approve a rush order PRIOR to purchase and if a rush order fee is needed, seller will send you a link to your rush order fee, which is PER ITEM and must purchased at the same time as the item(s) you are buying. Rush fee is non refundable.

When ordering a book with a year on it, I will use the current year unless otherwise specified. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I cannot change the year once it has been placed on your item so be sure to mention any needed changes.

PROOFS AND PREVIEWS: I do not offer proofs or previews on any items unless it's something agreed upon PRIOR to purchase. Stopping to take, edit and upload photos slows my work process down immensly and I just can't make the day longer. If a proof or preview is needed, be sure you ask BEFORE you purchase to see if it's possible. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE be sure to include any special requests and previously agreed upon modifications in the the notes to seller box on your invoice. This is a MUST. Sometimes with high volume it can be difficult to keep track of dozens of requests a day-so to ensure you get what you want-add it to the notes to seller when ordering. IF something is left out of your order request, I will send your item as it is described in the original product listing. If you order something with a specific request that has not been agreed upon PRIOR to purchase I will send the item as described in the original listing if I cannot accomodate your request. (for instance-asking for a different pattern/color/finish of paper)

If you order something with the YEAR on the cover, I will use the current year unless another request is made.

On certain custom items an additional 1 or 2 business days may be needed to complete your purchase prior to shipping.

Please be sure to send the NAME you would like for your autograph book (if applicable) in the notes to seller section upon check out. If you forget to send the name when checking out, you can send it in a convo here on Etsy. If you don't send the name for your book I will reach out to you via convo, here on Etsy, to ask for the name. This may delay your ship time up to two weeks! I will reach out a total of 3 times and if I don't hear back from you, you will be issued store credit for the same amount. There will be no returns or order cancellations on orders when the buyer does not send the information needed.

On books with personalization, when the name ends with an 's'...my practice is to add an apostrophe 's' to show a singular proper name possession. If you order a book for Thomas, it will read Thomas's Autograph Book. If you would like something different, lease attach your request in your notes to seller.

All of my communcation is done through Etsy convos. All questions, concerns and comments should be done this way. (emailing through traditional channels is not something I do for Etsy business) . All transactions for items listed on Etsy are sold through Etsy. Any communications outside of Etsy are not binding.

As of December 16, 2015-ALL books in my shop MAY be finished with square bindng holes instead of round, depending on which machine is in use at the time your book is made. This applies to all books. There is no difference in the shape function, it's just the look that is different.

Please take note, all items in my shop are handmade/handfinished by ME. Your purchase is for my time and talent to create your item. All images, licensed or not remain property of their respective owners or are used within their own angel policy terms. I have paid for and retain the license to use many of the images available in my shop from various artists, designers and companies. Any unautorized use can be prosecuted under the DMCA.
