PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:

- Once you have placed your order, we will review it and process your order within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday). We will send you a short message confirming receipt and processing of your order. Please note that once we have processed and printed your order we cannot make changes of any kind.

- For customers needing faster processing, we offer 1-day Rush processing with upgraded shipping options during checkout. With 1-day Rush processing, your order will ship within one working day of us confirming your order.

- Please note all correspondence will be via Etsy convo regarding your order

- If you would like to receive a digital proof prior to us printing and shipping your order, please purchase the add on listed below. No images or digital proofs will be issued without purchase of this add on. (Please note that processing of orders with with proof will be delayed until the digital proof is approved or 3 working days have elapsed)

We can definitely provide a digital proof for your review and approval before printing and shipping your order. Digital proofs are available via an add on pack in shop (Search for Digital Proof). More details on Digital proofs available in the add on pack. Please be aware that after 72 hours of proof issuance we will auto approve your design as shown on the digital proof. Changes cannot be made to an order after it is processed or digital proof has been approved or auto approved. All messages and proofs will be provided via Etsy convo, not email. Please reply to proofs via convo here on Etsy, if you reply to the automated email we will not receive your approval! **Orders without a digital proof add on will not receive a digital proof**

Our standard processing and manufacturing time is 3-4 working days. (orders with digital proofs are processed after proof is approved). After which time your custom item is shipped! Shipping time depends on type of shipping purchased with your order, location, and handling by postal service. Please note that any delay to processing of your order will push shipping and production time back. Standard domestic shipping via USPS can take between 3-5 working days. If you need your item sooner, please upgrade to FedEx 2-day or FedEx overnight. We also offer Rush processing via an add on to reduce our processing time to 1 business day. We provide a tracking number for every order!

Please understand that, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or free reprints. Weddingpaperie is not responsible for errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy in the text approved by customer, poor quality resulting from use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images, variances in color fidelity on different computer screens, size of item you order not being ideal, other creative choices made by customer, or incorrect shipping information. In the case of a Weddingpaper error in producing your order, please accept our apology contact us with the issue, we will do our best to make things right!

We offer FedEx 2-day and FedEx overnight shipping for domestic orders! Simply choose the expedited shipping of your choice when checking out. Please note that FedEx 2-day, and FedEx overnight do not deliver on Saturdays. We also offer Rush processing with most shipping options. This speeds up the processing and manufacturing time of your item to the next business day after processing/approval of proofs (if applicable). Included with all of our card designs and other custom products, are basic changes to names, dates, and addition of photos. We do not currently offer custom designer services via Etsy, only slight modifications to the templates and designs on our listings. However, via our website, you can design-your-own invites and much more! Just send us a convo with any questions, and we'll be happy to give you more information.

We include a tracking number with each and every order! As soon as your product is packaged and shipped, we will update your Etsy order with a tracking number.
