I accept payments via Etsy Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, and Paypal.

Payment must be received in order for all orders to be fulfilled, including custom orders.

We do not do product trades.

On Digital Orders: Per the nature of the item, no refunds will be issued.

For Custom Order Refunds: Each customer will be allowed one redo on a custom order. If the size is not correct when received, please let me know within 30 days of receipt, and I will pay for you to ship the product back. I will than make the next size up/down that you would need.

Other Refund Details: Please review your product upon receipt, and if it is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and I will issue you a refund.

To qualify for a refund, I must be notified of any size discrepancy or damage within 30 days of receipt.

All custom orders are started immediately once the order is paid for. No project will be started without a prior payment.
