SHIPPING Here at RocksInMyHead™ we make every effort to ship quickly and efficiently. There are some products we keep in stock, and some products that we ship directly from a manufacturer. We require a physical address for shipping- no P.O. Boxes, please. Please also provide a contact phone number so that we may forward it to our carrier. Shipping time may vary depending upon the product ordered and the carrier. SHIPPING We typically ship within three business days of cleared payment. Large, bulky, or difficult to ship items may incur additional handling time and/or charges. We use USPS and UPS/Fedex to ship our items. Our suppliers and manufacturers may not be available on weekends of holidays, so if your order is placed on a Friday or just before a holiday, please be aware that additional shipping time may be incurred. When your item ships, we will send the tracking #. Please note that special shipping requests may take additional time to prepare and may incur additional handling charges.
Expedited shipping is available. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know prior to payment so we can give you a quote, adjust your invoice accordingly, and get the process started as quickly as possible. We typically use UPS or the US Postal Service to ship, however, additional carriers may be used when necessary. Expedited shipment may not be available in some cases. In some cases expedited shipments may incur additional handling charges.
If you purchase multiple items and wish to inquire about combined shipping, please do so prior to paying for your items. Once invoice is paid, shipping costs cannot be combined. Some items are not eligible for combined shipping. Shipping costs are to the contiguous 48 states only. At this time, we ship merchandise to other locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, however, you must contact us prior to paying for your items for a quote on shipping. In some cases, an item may be shipped to us first, and then from us to you, so additional shipping charges may apply.

It is our sincere desire to offer the highest quality products and the best in customer service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and allow us the opportunity to make the situation right. In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, please contact us for a return authorization and shipping information. If your item was damaged in transit, please keep original packaging and notify the carrier upon delivery prior to contacting us. Returns for any reason other than gross misrepresentation on our part require an authorization. In the event a return is authorized, restocking fees of 10% to 30% may apply. If an order is cancelled after purchase, restocking fees of 10% to 30% may apply, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Some items may not be eligible for return.
