Returns & exchanges
Generally no refunds, but exchange can be considered in exceptional cases. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. Shipping is non-refundable and buyer must bear all additional shipping cost.

No. There is no minimum purchase amount required. We provide reasonable shipping cost for both low and high shipment volume.

We advise you to place your order early, especially if you do intend to use for certain occasions or ship to a friend's birthday etc, to avoid disappointments. Kindly note that once the parcel is shipped overseas, it would depend on the local handling time, hence we seek your understand and patience in this matter.
3. Is shipment tracking available?
Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide shipment tracking once the parcel has been shipped overseas. However, we have a clean record of no items lost in-transit to date, and hence we would request that you do let us know in the event that you did not eventually receive your order. Please refer below.
4. What should I do in the event that I did not receive my order?
Packages are not considered lost until 30-40 days from the day of shipping, as it is highly due to delay in local handling time and also during peak seasons. Should it unfortunately be lost,however, we will send a replacement for the orders at no extra charge.
Should buyers opt for a refund, full cost for the items purchased will be reimbursed via Paypal.
