Shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, Greyhound Package Express includes insurance. Shipping through Uship depends on the carrier. Buyer will be responsible for obtaining insurance when item shipped through Uship, if the carrier does not have one. Seller will not be responsible for any damages, if buyer fails to arrange insurance. However, damage through Uship is very rare.
Seller is not responsible for international customs or any other international fees except shipping costs, when applicable. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during international shipments. International buyers are responsible for obtaining insurance (unless seller offers one) and for filing the claim in the cases of international shipment's loss or damage.
Buyer is responsible for picking up the item, when shipping requires pick up (if shipped by Greyhound Package Express, Certified Mail, Mail with Signature Conformation and et.al.). No refund will be issued, if buyer would not pick up item within reasonable amount of time (1-5 days).
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted on small items in limited cases. Returns are not accepted for furniture pieces unless the seller approves return. No shipping fees are refundable. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
