We ship worldwide and all items will ship within 1 to 2 days after payment is received (excluding holidays). Most items will ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Standard Mail. Larger and heavier items will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
For orders outside of the United States, please be aware that the buyer is liable for any custom fees that may be incurred. Check with your Country's customs for fees.
Most items include delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Insurance is automatically included on breakable items.
We accept major credit cards through Direct Checkout as well as Pay Pal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. If you are experiencing problems, please let us know. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
For all orders within Illinois, there is a 10% Sales tax charge.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of receipt and the item must be returned undamaged; however, we do not refund return postage costs unless we errored. We do not refund for the upgrade of shipping services when an item is being returned.
To serve you better, we try to answer emails within 48 hours (excluding Holidays). Have questions, simply drop us an email; however, we do not answer emails on Sunday as that is a day of rest.
Have postcards you wish to sell, we are always interested in obtaining large quantities of postcards.
