Item details

Beautiful organizer for double pointed needles. The case has numerous pockets (see specifics below), a snap closure pocket for accessories such as stitch markers, folding scissors, tape measure, etc., a large flap that ensures that needles do not slip out. Roll or fold to secure with grosgrain ribbon.

100% cotton batik fabric, meticulously made with attention to every detail.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN TRACKING IT AS MUCH AS THE POSTAL SYSTEM ALLOWS, BUT WILL NOT REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES. In the rare occurrence of possible mail theft I suggest following these steps:
1. Check with family, neighbors, and your mail carrier
2. File a police report with your local police department
3. Report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service
b. Complete the “Mail Theft - Mail Not Received Complaint Form” online at
postalinspectors.usps.gov/radDocs/Mail_Theft_Complaints.pdf

If an item is damaged in-transit, similar reports will need to be filed for insurance purposes. Please contact me with a photo and description of the damage so that we can get the process started together.


Payments

I accept all credit cards as well as Paypal and Etsy gift cards. Payment is due at the time of order. Payments not received within 24 hours will be considered non-payment, and your item will be released to be available to other customers.


C U S T O M S, T A X, A N D V A T :

Please be aware of any customs, tax, and VAT charges that apply to your country. For instance, the UK Import allowance for goods is £15 (about $23), and anything over this amount MAY incur Import fees (Vat @ 20% and a standard £8.00 handling fee). These are the buyers responsibility and are beyond my control.
In the event that items are not collected from Customs (due to buyer's refusal to pay the charges / undeliverable address) refunds will NOT be issued.

It is illegal for me to falsify customs documents or mark items as gifts.

All cases are hand made when you place your order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the dimensions given in the item description to ensure that your items will fit in the purchased case. If in doubt, please contact the shop for additional measurements/assistance. I will do my best to accommodate your needs!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED/ WAXED/ or MONOGRAMMED ITEMS, unless of course I have made a mistake. I use the information given to me in the "note to seller", so please make sure the information given is accurate.

THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS- NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN MINUS THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST.
