INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the current rate increases for International Shipping I have had to adjust my shipping rates to a new higher rate for all international destinations. Once your package ships if I have over charged you in shipping by more than $2.00 I will refund the difference to the payment method you paid with. Please Note: Buyers are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees.

I will generally ship USPS first class standard/international mail (to keep shipping costs down) and will include tracking number/delivery confirmation when available. If you would like your item sooner please message me before your purchase so that I can update the shipping costs in the listing for you.
I ship to the address provided by Etsy and/or Paypal depending on your payment choice . Please make sure both Etsy and Paypal have a correct address for you. **If an item gets shipped to an old/incorrect address that either Etsy or Paypal has on file for you, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges for the item to be resent to the correct address.**
I understand that shipping charges are never fun to pay, so I am always looking for the most reasonable way to ship. Because of this I will ship your item(s) using a bubble envelope mailer or box, depending on what your item fits better in.
I ask that payment is made at time of purchase. (Please contact me if this is an issue so that I can look at extending the payment time.) Orders will not ship out until payment has been made.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of my products all sales are final unless the item has been found to be defective or if the wrong item was sent. Customer must notify me within 3 days of receiving the item If an exchange is needed. I will gladly correct the defected item or replace it with an exact duplicate once the original item has been returned. If item can not be fixed or a duplicate made then a refund will be issued.
Your satisfaction is important to me and I want everyone to be happy with every purchase made so if there is an issue please let me know!
