Item details

De-Stash listing is for three complete balls, 1.75 each, and one partial ball that weights about 1.4 ounces.

This is great yarn for absolutely anything! It's soft, beautiful dark denim color and will knit really fast due to the gauge of 3 1/2 stitches to an inch. Hand wash in cold and lay flat to dry. There is a nice twist to the yarn so it won't split and the wool allows extra stretch when doing difficult stitches. The yarn employs a plied technique where the main yarn (black) has tags of roving braided into it at different intervals. The tags are green, purple, yellow and maroon.

Knits up nice and squishy due to the angora.

SAVING ON SHIPPING COSTS
Combining items will GREATLY reduce the shipping costs as long as I can package items together. The postage on the second item ships usually for only $.75 or less in most cases, so take advantage of those rates!
Most packages are sent either through Etsy Shipping Service (USPS) or PayPal Shipping Service (UPS) and qualify for a discounted shipping charge with free tracking. Paying though PayPal for large orders allows me the flexibility of sending via UPS. If you feel that your package requires insurance or expedited delivery, please contact me prior to shipping. I sometimes use recycled boxes, new/clean boxes and light weight poly envelopes which also greatly reduces costs!

WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE
Although I say shipping will occur in 1-3 business days, I try to ship as soon as I get your order, except for Sunday. Orders paid through Etsy and PayPal are typically shipped with an Etsy mailing label. When I ship through Etsy, they send you an automated e-mail with the Tracking Number that you can use to calculate an ESTIMATED delivery date. Delivery dates are calculated on a 5-day business week.

I accept Etsy Direct Checkout and Pay Pal.

Cancellations are okay as long as I haven't already shipped. I know it happens sometimes. I usually ship the same day or the next day, so you ALWAYS need to convo me through Etsy ASAP so we can work out what needs to be done.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I stand behind my Bergere de France items 100% and offer refunds for ONLY those returned goods. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO THAT TIME FRAME TO REQUEST THE STEPS TO TAKE FOR A RETURN.

I don't offer refunds for Packages that were shipped but not received EXCEPT in cases where I made an error. Typically mis-routed and lost packages take at least 6 weeks to be returned to sender (me) or recipient (you). If your postman have ever left packages in any place other than your mailbox, or if you have had packages taken from your front porch, I advise that you let me know prior to shipment so that I can mark your package "leave only with a person or in the mailbox". You should leave a similar message in your box for the postman too.

I don't offer refunds under any circumstances related to damage by shipper. That falls under a claim to the shipper, typically USPS. I will however work with you to process the claim as long as you provide pictures of the damage to the product and the box. This typically takes up to 6 weeks to resolve and during that time, I will also work with you to replace the damaged item.

Refunds for Returned Goods
Once I receive your package and the goods are determined to be in original condition, I will process your refund for the item only, not postage. Any packages returned without prior authorization, out of the accepted time frame or or received in other than original condition will be refunded less a restocking fee. Again, contact me prior to returning.

Refunds for Lost Goods
Once I post your package the delivery is out of my control. Please check the progress of your package with the tracking number THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM ETSY. You are responsible for contacting the shipper to track down your package using your tracking number. No refunds will be considered until AFTER 6 weeks have passed for packages that are not received due to the length of time that USPS takes to track packages. Meanwhile, if your item is replaceable, I will work with you to get it replaced and shipped as quickly and inexpensively as possible but you may be responsible for shipping and product costs. A refund will be issued when the shipment is returned to me.

Refunds for Mis-Routed Packages:
Mis-routed shipments are NOT eligible for refund if the address on Etsy and your form of payment do not match or if you move before your package is received. In the rare case that refund is considered, it will be AFTER 6 weeks has passed from the shipping date or the package has been returned to me, whichever occurs first. Packages usually show up around the 6-week time.

Exchanges and Returns: I guarantee the Bergere yarn line 100%. If you buy extra yarn and don't use it, or if there are defects with the yarn, it is eligible for refund, store credit or replacement within 90 days from purchase. Again, goods must be returned in original condition. A restocking fee will be assessed for any goods returned in less than original condition. Any goods returned as defective must be pre-approved, returned within 14 days and will incur shipping charges to return a replacement to you. Specifically, Knit Pro needles are guaranteed for defects, with the exception of the number sizing embossed on the wood (considered normal wear and tear).

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right away and I will do what I can to rectify the situation.

If you are price shopping, purchasing over $50 of NON-SALE Bergere de France yarn and you are concerned with the cost of one item, please contact me. I don't really price match, but I have some flexibility in pricing.

Volume orders save me money!
