This Puerto Rican native is a slow growing fan palm that creates stunning tropical foliage. Sporting uniquely droopy leaflets on costapalmate (elongated fan shaped) leaves make this a beautiful add to any temperate to tropical garden. The leaves have a silver underside sheen giving it an even more distinct look.
This palm has been proven in southern Florida as well as Southern California. It is a great specimen plant for any garden with its Silvery leaves that set it apart from most other palms.
