Shipping & policies
I ship twice a week, though not necessarily the same days, but always twice week. Typically I will ship within 48 hours of a purchase, if not earlier. I use USPS First Class Mail. We encourage buyers to purchase insurance on items that may become damaged during shipping, as we do not refund for items damaged in transit. Please let us know if you want to add insurance and I will give you an estimate.
About customs fees: International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
Cancellations accepted within 3 hours of purchase.
