Priority shipping is not guaranteed by USPS but usually is received in 2-3 days, depending on location. Express shipping is guaranteed 1-2 days by USPS. If you need a item with rush shipping options you must contact us to ensure we have the item ready to ship. All express orders must be paid for before 10am pst in order to ship same day granted we have stock.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship Internationally by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. We have found this to be the cheapest and most affordable BUT it does not come with tracking or insurance. YOU are responsible for TAXES & DUTIES in your country. You may add tracking by upgrading your shipping to priority or express.

TRANSIT TIMES: We ship all items in 1-4 business days. Transits as follows: 3-5 days for U.S Customers 2-4 weeks for International This is a average timeline ( its longer during holidays and busy seasons) These are not guaranteed transit times.
Are you Posh Peanut responsible for lost or damaged items? Each one of your items will come wrapped in cute packaging and with all precautions for nothing to happen during transit. WE however are NOT responsible for LOST packages. We suggest to add insurance to your order incase of a lost or stolen package.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS: You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to reship your items to the correct address. We will not refund a orders sent to the incorrect address. You are responsible for shipping charges incurred to have this order sent back to you.
PAYMENT: We accept Pay pal and All major credit cards through Etsy direct checkout All payments paid by e-Check through Paypal must clear in order for your order to process. E-Checks may take up to 5 days or more to clear from your bank.
CANCELATION: You can cancel a order within 12hrs of payment, once your order has been packaged and shipped we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
TAX: California residents will be charges sales tax at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
RETURNS: We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Exchanges maybe made within 3 days of receipt. You must contact us within 24hrs for a exchange. All birthday and custom made orders are non exchangeable due to the nature of the items. If you have received a item that is faulty ( broken snap, pearl, etc) you only have 24hrs to report it for a replacement. We will not replace the item after this time period due to the nature of the items.
Every exchange must be approved thru etsy convo. We will send you instructions on how to exchange. All items must be sent in original condition and accompanied by a order #. ALL shipping charges will be paid by consumer. We do not refund shipping. You must pay to send it back and have it reshipped to you. Please message us for further details.
PLEASE make sure you know what color and size you are ordering. We are happy to answer questions about color and sizing before you order. Some items run small , please order a size up if you are not certain.
All of our dresses have measurements written in the description , please measure prior to placing orders.
**Items that have any sort of embellishment i.e. flowers, roses, pearl , rhinestones , bows, ribbons etc. are subject to a $10 labor fee if needed to be exchanged for ANY reason.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Some embellishments can be out of stock and will be replaced with similar or better embellishments and colors, as we do run out of stock and styles become discontinued. If there is a out of stock item because our stock changes hourly we will contact you Immediately, if you placed your order on a weekend we will contact you the following business day.
ITEM DETAILS: Not all items that are listed as the same color will be the same exact shade in a different fabric. Dye lots often change and we cannot guarantee if an item is listed as light pink that the item will be the exact same light pink. Please understand that even though we try our BEST to make sure we send according and matching colors they are not always the exact same shades.
MESSAGING CONVOS: We answer all convos on ETSY within 24hrs but usually sooner. DO NOT Send us a email if it URGENT. We do not check our emails about Etsy orders often. Etsy is the quickest way to get into contact with us about your orders. Do not leave a message at checkout for custom orders after placing the order. We do not always see the messages because we are trying to move our orders out as fast as possible. Messages at checkout that we need to contact you about will only delay your orders!
