Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Should payment not be received within 24 hours of placing the item/s in your cart, the item/s will be cancelled and relisted.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want your order to meet or exceed your expectations! Every effort has been made to clearly display and describe the items in my shop. SewAnneSew cannot accept returns on ANY bedding items (quilts, pillow shams, etc.) or custom orders. If for some reason you are not satisfied with any other item, you may return your purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges, once you contact me. Specifically, the item must be postmarked within 5 business days and the tracking number emailed to me. In the event of damage or loss in transit, your item will be replaced or refunded.
Additional policies

Custom orders are welcome; please contact me regarding your interest. Special orders shall require a NON-REFUNDABLE fee (one half the final price) before work will begin. Once completed, balance on custom orders must be received within 30 days of final listing, or said custom order will be forfeited along with the deposit.
