If an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, as this may delay your order. If your order is urgent, please specify this at checkout.
FIRST CLASS MAIL All orders will be shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL Shipping times for domestic First Class Mail are approximately 3-10 business days once it leaves our shop. There is no guarantee on delivery dates for first class mail.
PRIORITY MAIL / EXPRESS PRIORITY If you need your package sooner, please contact us to upgrade to USPS PRIORITY or USPS EXPRESS MAIL. -Priority Shipping times for domestic priority is 1-3 business days. -Express Priority for domestic shipping time is 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL Buyers are responsible for any and all fees and customs charges that are associated with their country's policies and regulations. Orders are shipped via First Class International and WITHOUT tracking (except Canada). Since packages may take some time to go through customs, please allow up to thirty days for orders to arrive. We can expedite shipping for international orders, however, cost and time will vary...please contact us for a quote.
INSURANCE/TRACKING: We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the unpredictable nature of the United States Postal Service. Delivery times are an estimate and at times may take longer than expected. We are not responsible for lost packages. Insurance is avaiable for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns/Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your order, but in the event you are not, we can exchange items within 10 days from the date your order was received. No refunds will be issued. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered and you must first notify us by email for approval.
Defective items: If you receive an item that is defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will provide you will a return shipping label to ship the item(s) back to us.
Once we have received the items to be exchanged, store credit will be provided once we have inspected and assessed a 15% restocking fee. Original and return shipping will not be refunded.
If a request to cancel an order is received prior to shipping an order a $5 admin fee will be assessed. *Please Note: orders with letter balloons cannot be cancelled once placed.
**NO returns or exchanges are offered on balloons or custom items** Letter and number balloons are sold individually.
If you need to return an item due to our error, we sincerely apologize and will send out a replacement at our expense upon receiving the incorrect shipment back.
