A crochet pattern for a lovely vintage style baby bonnet, classic in white but just as lovely in any other color. This pattern is made to use light weight (3) yarn and a 2.25 mm (B-1) crochet hook. The yarn weight combined with the hook size creates a beautiful lacy bonnet without the challenge of using crochet thread. The pattern includes instruction for newborn and 0-3 months.

FAQs

'Fred the Head' is the hat mannequin! Although, it is a male mannequin, he models all my adult hats, both male and female. I love the consistency he brings to the shop's photography. The focus, after all, should be on the hats! Tell me what you think! Do you like Fred?

Great question! Haha! Well, unfortunately, I do not have a real baby or child to model my products. One day, hopefully, but not today. So, in the meantime, I have 'Freddy'! I like to think of 'Freddy' as the child of 'Fred the Head'! "What a nut!", you are thinking. You and my family! Bottom line is the focus of the shop is the fine products I create for my customers. Consistency in the photographs is a good start for building our relationship.
