▶ All printable designs are the property of Parties by the Bundle and are for personal, non-commercial use only. YOU MAY NOT SELL my designs or use my photos anywhere on the internet or in print.
▶ Computer monitors are all calibrated differently - colors may appear differently on one screen to another. Color variations between printing at a photo lab vs. professional printer may also occur. It is suggested that you print a test copy of your finalized design at the photo lab or print shop that you intend to order from to check that the colors appear as you desire.
▶ IMAGE QUALITY Final files are sent as high res jpegs and/or PDF's and should be downloaded directly to your computer before being saved to a flash drive. If you or your print vendor are seeing a low res image, it is likely because the file has been saved to an iPhone, tablet, or hand held device. Using these devices will significantly reduce image quality. Parties by the Bundle only sends high res images and is not responsible for resolution issues as a result of improper downloading.
▶ ARE YOUR TEMPLATES EDITABLE BY THE CUSTOMER? No, they are not. All customization is done by Parties by the Bundle. The tedious nature of our typography, as well as other considerations do not make this a viable option.
▶ CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE INDIVIDUAL PRINTABLES OR BUNDLE ITEMS? Please contact me if you are interested in customization, as limited customization can only be offered as workflow allows. (There is an additional customization fee of $2 per item.)
▶ CAN YOU CHANGE THE COLORS OF A BUNDLE? Each bundle takes up to 80-100 hours to complete and comes exactly as shown. Due to the amount of time involved, I am not able to offer color changes on bundles.
▶ CAN YOU PRINT BUNDLE ITEMS? All bundles are designed for home printing. However, I am happy to offer professional print services if you prefer to have them printed and shipped to you. Simply send a conversation message, specify the quantity of each item needed, and I will return a quote. A custom order will then be created for you to purchase.
▶ CAN YOU SEND ME AN EXAMPLE OF A CUSTOMIZED INVITATION? All orders must be paid in advance before work is begun, as it is not my policy to complete custom orders prior to purchase. I have no limit on revisions and am happy to work with you to get your order exactly the way you want it!
▶ WHAT TYPE OF STOCK DO YOU USE FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS? Invitations are printed on 100# matte cover stock.
▶ ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED? Yes, envelopes are provided for all invitations. White will be sent unless cream is requested.
▶ CAN YOU TRANSLATE YOUR PARTY ITEMS INTO OTHER LANGUAGES? I'm sorry, but no translations can be made. All files are sent in English only.
▶ COLOR VARIATIONS Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings. There are a vast number of variables involved in printing. Parties by the Bundle is not responsible for resulting color variations. Please be sure to request a proof of colors for you to print before ordering. If printing from home, I suggest making one copy to make sure the colors closely match what you see on your screen. If they do not, I recommend printing at a local print shop or office supply store.
▶ PRINTING OPTIONS Choosing how to print your invitations can be daunting, so I have gathered some information online with pros and cons of each method. Basically you have five printing options: 1) An at-home color printer, if available, 2) Office supply stores like Staples or Fedex, 3) Online printing shops like vistaprint.com or shutterfly.com, 4) A local, professional printing shop, or 5) Parties by the Bundle printing services
First, I recommend that you resist the urge to print your invitations at a photo kiosk. The only files that should ever be printed at a photo kiosk are photos – and even then the quality is questionable. Everything else requires matte card stock that is from 80 to 110 lbs.
HOME PRINTING: Home color printers are clearly the least expensive option, but as a result, they offer the lowest quality. If you’re printing an invitation for an informal event like a child’s birthday party, a home printer works just fine! A few tips: make sure you’re using matte card stock, and be sure to select “actual size” on your printer to preserve the original measurements of the file so as to not skew the quality.
OFFICE SUPPLY STORES: If you’re going the office supply store route, save your files to a USB drive and bring it to the nearest Fedex, Kinkos, Staples, etc. There you’ll be able to pick out your desired paper, as well as review a sample before printing the entire batch. You’ll be given the option to cut out the printed designs yourself, or the sales associate can do it for you for a minimal fee. I recommend the nominal fee.
ONLINE PRINTING VENDORS: Online printing vendors are a slightly better option, as it offers slightly higher quality than home printers and office supply stores. The prices are fairly inexpensive, and no cutting or assembly is required. Plus, online printing shops offer more features, like printing double-sided invitations (something you will find nearly impossible to do on a home printer or at an office supply store) as well as using different printing processes. Just make sure you take into account the shipping time.
LOCAL PROFESSIONAL PRINT SHOP: Using a local professional printing shop ensures the highest quality possible, and it’s the option I highly recommend. Professional printers offer limitless features; plus, once again you’ll have the option of reviewing a physical proof of your invitation before printing the entire batch. The cost may be slightly higher than the other options, but the results are always worth it when you’re working with professionals.
PARTIES BY THE BUNDLE PRINTING SERVICES: If you would like to save time and take out the guesswork from the options above, Parties by the Bundle offers printing services. I use a professional vendor who produces a high quality product with quick turnaround times. Envelopes and cost of shipping is included in your purchase. You will find the printing prices in your drop down menu at checkout.
