On fabrics, we use ecological inks which aren't always as strong/intense, however they are non-toxic and hence safe to use and be around, especially important for children's clothing and toys. We do our best to ensure that our product photographs and charts are an accurate representation of our products. It is important that the photography submitted by you is high quality for best results (minimum size recommended is 500KB/1MB).
We are happy to take custom orders for most of the items offered for sale in our shop. If you are looking for a particular design or style, please message us and we may be able to accommodate. We might publish pictures of ordered items on our Etsy / Facebook / Instagram page for promotional purpose, but if you would rather keep pictures of your order private we will happily accept that. We accept returned items, provided they are not personalised items. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after you receive your order to return your item(s). We can only refund you or send out a replacement, once we have received the item back. Please note you will need to pay for the incurring postal charges (unless the item arrives damaged or you have received a faulty item). We cannot be held responsible if your parcel gets lost on its way back to us. To make sure your parcel arrives quickly and safelt back to us, we recommend you send your parcels by recorded delivery. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: You will need to pay for the recurring postal charges if the courier unsuccesfully tries to deliver your parcel.
We cannot take responsibility for any delays or lost items that incur due to the postal services. If your parcel got lost in the post, you WILL be refunded - however please be aware that the process of refunding you is a slow one, since we need to file a claim with the post first. UK ORDERS ♥ - we are required by Royal Mail to wait 14 days before being able to make a claim.
