Shipping is 1-3 business days from order completion. Item that has been shipped via USPS is always fully insured. you will receive confirmation emails that your item has shipped, its tracking number and expected delivery day. In case the customer receives damaged goods - Please save all the packing materials, and take photos of the package and the damaged goods. Simply2nds will provide the customer with copies of the receipt and any applicable insurance.
Please NOTE : All USPS damage or loss claims are the responsibility of the buyer. Claims filed with USPS may only be filed 3-14 days after receipt of your item. We will be happy to assist you in any way.
Fed Ex / UPS
Shipping is 1-3 business days from order completion. Item that has been shipped via Fed Ex / UPS is always fully insured. you will receive confirmation emails that your item has shipped, its tracking number and expected delivery day. All packages will be sent with a "Direct signature required". Once the package arrives, and if the package seems to be damaged, the customer must inspect the contents of the packages while the driver is still present, and before signing. In case there is indeed damaged goods, please make a note to the driver, and take photos of the package and the goods. Send us photos immediately so that we can submit a claim. Claims will be done through the Simply2nds Fed Ex / UPS account by us.
Greyhound Express Package
Shipping is 3-5 business days from order completion. Item that has been shipped via Greyhound is always fully insured. Buyer is responsible for picking up package from his/her local Greyhound terminal. We will request your phone number to give to Greyhound. They call when your item is ready for pickup. Greyhound also offers delivery to your door for additional charge. Buyer may arrange this service directly with Greyhound. When buyer receive the package, and if the package seems to be damaged, the customer must inspect the content of the package in the presence of greyhound agent. If indeed the goods are damaged, please make a note to the agent, and take photos of the package and the damaged goods. Send us photos immediately so that we can submit a claim. Claims will be done through the Simply2nds Fed Ex account by us.

Pay pal is my preferred method of payment. If you would like to use a credit or debit card, you are able to do so using Pay pal. When you select the e-check option in Pay Pal, Pay Pal may not credit my account for 5-7 business days and shipment of your order will be delayed while the payment is being processed.
All sales are subject to shipping finalization, the payment accepted AFTER shipping arrangements have been made by the customer and confirmed by Simply 2nd's.
If I do not receive notification of payment within 24 hours, I will send you two reminders before canceling the sale. Etsy policy is that payment is required within 3 days. If you need some extra time to send your payments please convo me.

I take great pride in my work. I would like you to be fully satisfied with your item you purchase. Please contact me if you have any questions before your purchase. Please read item descriptions carefully. I do offer to provide a full condition report (including photos/description) of any item when requested. This benefits everyone and neutralizes any discrepancies when items arrive.
All sales are final unless previously discussed in writing. There is a 20% restocking fee for canceled or returned items. This includes LayAway items.
We do not accept returns of antique or vintage items.
Reserves/Hold An item may be placed on reserve/hold for 24 hours. If a longer reserve/hold time is needed, please contact us to discuss. Note: A non-refundable deposit may be required for reserves/holds longer than 24 hours.
Lay Away / Payment Plan Payment plans may be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss options.
