Item details

If you want to weave your own beautiful cotton scarf,towel or anything else ,here is pre-measured, cut, and hand dyed warp made of cotton Nm 16/3 ( Ne 9/3) in leaf green,chartreuse,tangerine and barn red.This warp is wound and ready to go on the loom. The cross is tied.

The warp is a little over 3 m / 3.28 yd long( after dyeing and washing) and has 200 ends.

The dyes I use are very colorfast. I washed and rinsed the warp very thoroughly after dyeing to remove any unactivated dye, but since there could still be some excess dye, I recommend using a color catcher as needed.

*I ship items that are in stock within 1-3 business days after I receive payment. Made to order items or custom ones will be shipped as soon as they're done.

*Your order will be shipped via registered air mail in padded envelope. Once I receive your payment, I will notify you that your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number.

*Approximate delivery times:

All shipments are processed through custom clearance and sent from Serbia within 3 days, the rest depends on customs and shipping providers in the country of destination.

- about 10 business days for Europe
- 10-20 business days for US and Canada (shipments for US are handled by USPS)
- Expected delivery time for Australia is 3 weeks to one month.


*Sometimes packages are held in customs. I cannot affect the speed of the process, as I don't have power to control customs and shipping companies.

*Please be aware that during holidays the delivery times may vary.

*As far as import customs taxes, each country has their own policies. Please be aware of that when you order something international.

Note that I am in GMT +1 time zone, so I can communicate during normal working hours in my time zone.

If you want other method for payment and don't want to use Paypal,please send me a message.
I will enable you to select "Other" in the payment options.In that case, I have to manually issue an invoice for you, via 2Checkout system. The invoice contains a link where you can complete the purchase - it's a page on 2Checkout's website.
Once you fill in your billing information, you can chose to pay either by using PayPal account or your credit card.
You do not need to be a registered 2Checkout customer to make a purchase and there are no additional fees. It's simple, safe and secure. I monitor the state of my Etsy store several times a day, and I get instant emails whenever any change is made, so the purchase is usually completed within the same day. Sometimes, due to my daily duties and a time zone differences, it takes more than a day to complete the purchase.


Orders are processed only after payments are received.

If payment is not received after 3 days of the purchase, the order will be canceled and items relisted. Of course, I will contact you before I do that.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUND POLICY
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied I will happily exchange the item or give you a full refund.

I encourage potential customers to ask me as many questions as possible, to ensure that they are ordering what they really want. Any objections have to be placed within 2 days from the day of delivery, with good quality photograph(s) clearly showing the object of your complaint.

Immediate full refund OR replacement is possible only if I have sent the wrong item (completely different from the one you have purchased).

Returns and replacements can be accepted in specific cases (except for those stated below) which can be discussed by contacting me. If return is agreed, item has to be in the same condition as it was sent. Item has to be sent within 3 working days from the date of mutual agreement, in the same way it was delivered: by registered mail (to track the package and for the reference), or express shipping (if it was originally sent as express shipment), and both ways shipping fees are paid by buyer. In cases of replacement, new item will be sent upon of delivery of returned item, which has to be in good condition.

Items heavily damaged during shipping, due to inappropriate handling during shipping, lost or stolen, cannot be refunded immediately. In such cases please have in mind that it is out of my power to control the shipment and that I am not responsible for the way post handles the shipments, and that we both (buyer and seller) are injured parties. In these cases both seller and buyer have to follow a procedure for damage claim, which differs from country to country. Full cooperation of the customer is required in such cases, so they can be resolved. The refund, up to 100% of the paid amount (depending on the resolved amount of damage claim) will be issued after the damage claim is settled with the post/carrier (resolving damage claims can take up to 4 months). From my side, it is not possible to file for damage claim earlier than 30 days of non-delivery (from the date of sending).

Please, bear in mind that most cases of lost shipments can be resolved positively (shipments are found and delivered) if both sides, buyer and seller, cooperate and do whatever is in their power. Usually it is enough if the recipient contacts the local post's customer service to ask about shipment whereabouts (providing them the shipment tracking number).

Purchase of items specified as "made to order" can be cancelled and fully refunded within first 12 hrs from the time of placing the order. Cancellation after a period longer than 12 hrs are eligible for a partial refund, which will be discussed for each respective case.

REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE IN FOLLOWING CASES:

* If the item has been shipped.

* If the item was delivered. In such cases the sender has no damage claim rights, only the recipient can file a damage claim to their local post.

* if item returned for reasons of "unknown recipient" or unclaimed shipment. In such cases, re-sending is possible, if a customer provides a valid address, and pays for return shipping costs and new shipping costs.

* If customer hasn't read the product description / care instructions, and consequently caused damage to the product, or had a different idea of the product color/size/use etc than it was stated in the product description.

*If the customer damaged the product by using it in obviously inappropriate way that is not considered as reasonable use.

* Custom orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within first 6 hrs from the time of placing the order. Cancellation after a period longer than 6 hrs has to be discussed for each respective case and cannot be refunded in full (except for the shipping costs, which will be refunded in full, if the item has not been shipped).

*- Custom orders - once you confirm the description of the custom made item, you have accepted that the item is made according to your requirements. Do not hesitate to ask anything. I cannot accept complaints after confirmation.

* After more than 2 weeks from the day of delivery.

*Custom orders are not returnable.*

* Please email me for resolution prior to returning any item. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
