~ I strive to send out all orders within five business days (unless otherwise noted in the listing). But because I love happy customers more than anything, I often ship sooner than five business days. I will notify you if there is a delay with your order. If an item is listed with free shipping, it will be shipped via First Class uninsured mail.
~ Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or etsy gift card and should be made within 3 days of placing your order.

Returns & exchanges
~ I am as accurate as possible when describing and photographing my work. If you have any questions, please ask before you buy and I will be happy to answer them.
~ Customized/Personalized items cannot be returned. Non-custom/personal items may be exchanged for either a store credit or an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange the original item for something higher in price, I'll invoice you with the difference.
~ I will offer a full refund if you are not happy or the item is not as described. In order for a refund, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the gift box, unworn and in the original condition. Please contact me prior to returning an item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
~ I'm always, always, always open to custom requests and wholesale and consignment opportunities! Please message me!
~ I can substitute stones, crystals, etc if you would like. The price may change depending on the cost of the replacement stone, bead, material. For example, you can only wear 14k gold or sterling silver. I can change the earwire to accommodate this, but at a higher price. Simply message me and I can give you the new price and tell you how to order it.
~ Please be aware that I may need to order pearls/beads for large quantity orders and factor the time needed into your request.
~ I am happy to reserve items but the reserve will be lifted after 3 days if the item is not purchased.
