Item details

The texture in this art yarn creates the illusion of knitted curls. It is easy to use and creates a work of art.

100% Eco friendly handspun yarn from Merino sheep raised at Unique Designs by Kathy Farm in Woodbine, MD, USA.
Shades of subtle natural colored Merino and kidmohair are handspun into a soft and lustrous yarn. The coils are spaced randomly.

85 yards will make a narrow novelty scarf. or short collar/cowl. It may be combined with other yarns to make a larger project.

Recommended needle size is 10.5 or 11 US knitting needle or the corresponding crochet hook.

I raise the animals that provide my wool and mohair. I strive for super quality - no itchy fibers for me! My goal is to create fabulous one of a kind yarns and wearable art to delight the art lover in each of us.
