Within the UK all orders will be sent via First Class Delivery or for heavier items Standard Parcels or courier service. First Class Delivery includes a degree of compensation cover. Enhanced compensation can be bought at extra cost. Please email before purchasing if you would like to take up this option, otherwise, parcels are sent at your own risk. Although I will always do everything I can to help in the event of loss or breakage, please be aware that you will only be entitled to the standard compensation amount as per Royal Mails terms and conditions.

Parcels without it are sent at your own risk. The shipping cost quoted on each individual listing is a near 'guess-timate'. If the actual cost is less then you will be promptly refunded the difference.
ALL CUSTOMERS; If an item appears damaged in transit or is not delivered in the time frame estimated, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can take up your case with Royal Mail.
The postage costs quoted include a modest amount towards packaging.
All import taxes relevant to your country are the responsibility of the customer.
COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES: If you are purchasing more than one item, please ask for a combined shipping cost BEFORE you buy as I can then adjust this for you and usually save you some money. I cannot refund you if you go through checkout and pay the full shipping charges! Thank you for your understanding.
I accept payment via Paypal only. This includes all major credit cards and you do not need a Paypal account/balance in order to pay this way, just a quick registration and you're done! Once you have made a purchase, you can expect your order to be despatched within a short space of time but I do live in a rural area and as such it is not always possible to make frequent trips to the Post Office. If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and I will do my utmost to rush your order to you.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds are only offered if an item has been grossly misdescribed by me, for instance in the case of condition not being as per the listing. In this case, all postage costs will be reimbursed. Please do remember that the majority of the items for sale here are vintage and as such will not be in 'perfect' or 'pristine' condition. If this is what you require then my shop probably isn't for you. I cannot refund or accept return of items simply because you do not like it.
