I ship your item(s) asap. First class or Priority Mail through USPS. You will receive a notification with a tracking number and the estimated time of delivery.
United States Postal Service will insure your priority package up to $50. We must have proof that the package was damaged. We will need photos and or the damaged box or package.
Pay pal or direct check out is the quickest type of payment . If you prefer snail mail and a personal check, please contact me and let me know that you are sending it in the mail and when. When your check clears, 10 days or so, then I will ship your items to you.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please let me know asap if there is a problem with your shipment and or purchase, and I will always do my best to fix it.
My goal is to create something that will make you happy when you receive it at your front door. If for some reason that does not happen, please let me know. I am a customer also and I know how it feels to receive something and be disappointed with the purchase.
Custom orders: I do require a 10% deposit on custom orders. I have had many, many requests in the past 10 years and many seem disappear off the face of the earth, LOL. It is discouraging when you spend time on an order and the special order is sitting in my studio waiting and waiting......I will send a picture of the completed order if you would like. When I have your ok, then I will send your custom order to you.
