Absolutely! Whether you use a PC or a MAC, you really don't need a 12x12 printer in order to print your files. Any regular 8.5 x 11 or A4 printer will do just fine. The edges will simply be cropped by the machine and you'll end up with a beautiful 8.5 x 11 patterned paper. Via the option menu of your printer you can choose to print the image at full size, scale the pattern further down or even change its orientation. No need to invest in a 12x12 printer to enjoy your digital papers!
