USPS RATES HAVE INCREASED QUITE A BIT. THESE PRICES HAVE TO BE PASSED ALONG TO THE CUSTOMER. ALSO, TRACKING AND TRANSIT TIMES HAVE BEEN MUCH LONGER THAN EVER BEFORE. DELIVERY DATES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AS THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THEM.
Once payment is confirmed and cleared I will ship your order using USPS 1st class mail. I always request delivery confirmation.
I ship out twice per week Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Please make sure the address you provide is correct when you place your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
I ship to US, Canada, Australia, France, Gr. Britain, and Germany. If you are from another country not listed above and interested in purchasing, please send me a conversation and I will get back to you with a shipping price. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ: ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS LEFT THE US I CANNOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE PACKAGE AS IT IS OUT OF USPS HANDS AND INTO YOUR OWN COUNTRIES CUSTOMS DEPT. It is rare, but I have no way to track a package in your country if your postal service doesn't scan the barcode.
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail as I purchase deliver confirmation.
I accept credit card payment directly through etsy and paypal. I will also accept etsy gift cards and money orders. As soon as your payment clears, I will ship out your order per my shipping policy below.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I will accept returns only if I have been contacted with in 5 days of purchasing the item. Postage back to me must be paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
BESPOKE OOAK clothing items can not be returned or refunded.
Shipping costs are never refunded
