We ship all international orders via Philpost. Estimated delivery time for orders outside the Philippines is 3-6 weeks.

If you want to track your order, it is recommended that you select REGISTERED MAIL from the shipping options during checkout. As a receiver of a REGISTERED MAIL, it will be your responsibility to track your order. Your order will be delivered to you by your local post service. As proof of delivery, you will need to sign a registry receipt. If you are not home when the delivery is made, your local post service may leave your order in your mailbox or return it to your local post office.

We always do our best to ship out your orders asap. However, once your order is shipped out, it may encounter delays that are out of our control. If it is past 6 weeks from the shipment date, kindly contact your local post office to see if your mail has arrived and is delayed for any reason. Also, check if the address you provided on Etsy is correct. Incorrect address can cause problems. Please note that weather conditions and other situations that are beyond the postal service control can affect the time of delivery. In case of lost/missing order, any possible reshipment fee must be paid by you.
