Fabric Scraps and Quilting Squares + Directions for a "Spring Fling Runner" (1515)
This is a lot consisting of 1 bit of a fabric scrap that is "L" shaped, measuring approx 32" long x approx 6" wide along the approx 25 inches of narrower cloth and approx 14.5" wide for the approx 7" that makes up the bottom of the "L". this fabric scrap has a store tag attached that is bright day-glo orange, and is stamped with a date of "Oct 12 2001" on one side of the tag, but no price or other markings on the tag.
Then, there are square quilting pieces, approx 6" on a side; there are 3 of a yellow and orange-y background overlaid with a white floral pattern, 4 squares, same size, of a blue background with little yellow chicks, flowers and bumblebees scattered across the fabric; and 2 squares , again of the same size, of a coordinated plaid pattern. All fabrics appear to be of a cotton or cotton blend fabric.
In addition to the squares are strips - in various coordinating fabrics - their sizes are as follows: 3 strips approx 45" long x approx 3.75" wide - in a yellow gingham sprinkled liberally with Teddy Bears in flower pots with flowers on their heads. And, 3 more strips, approx 44" in length x approx 2.5" wide. This fabric is of a dark, olive green background with beige-tone flowers sprigged here and there.
Last, there is an instructional sheet included, for making a "SPRING FLING RUNNER", and it appears as if that may have been what the quilting fabric had been intended for. There is a chunk taken out of the folded instructional sheet, leaving a small gap on both sides of the paper.
