Orders ship in 3-5 business days -- about one week from your order date, sooner if possible. You'll receive an email with tracking information (US orders). International orders will receive a package ID number but will not be able to track orders unless you specifically request PRIORITY or EXPRESS service.
Please plan at least a week or two in advance for all online orders (a month or two for international orders). International customers are responsible for all outside costs associated with a shipment. We are not responsible for customs fees or other regional taxes and fees.
WRONG ADDRESS? If you've chosen the incorrect address during checkout, please understand, our shipping is automated based on the information given during checkout and for security purposes, we can not ship to an address other than the one provided on the invoice. The best thing to do is contact us to CANCEL the order and put it through again with the correct address. You must contact us within one hour of your order to be sure we can make the change.
Returns & exchanges
No refunds. Exchange only within 30 days of original purchase. Please ask questions before you buy and be committed to the order. Custom orders are final, no refunds or exchanges.
DAMAGES must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please notify me directly via email at email@example.com and include a photograph of the damage, including the box and packaging material. We will need this to file a claim with the postal system. PLEASE RETAIN PACKAGING as well in case the shipping company needs to inspect it.
