This will be shipped by media mail. If you want faster shipping, convo me with your zip code for priority mail rates.
I will ship the most economical way possible. Small items will ship by USPS, priority or first class mail. Books will ship by media mail. Larger items will ship by UPS. I may be able to adjust shipping prices with a definite location, so convo me prior to making payment to see if I can lower shipping. Buyer may add on any shipping preferences at their expense. International shipping expenses will be fully paid by the buyer. For items shipped by media or first class mail, buyer must request and pay for insurance. I will package pottery as carefully as possible and will not be responsible for breakage or damage. Buyer must purchase insurance to cover any damage.
I accept Paypal, credit cards, Etsy gift cards and checks. Checks must clear the bank before I ship. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. If you must cancel an order, you must agree to pay any shipping fees I have incurred. I will ship as soon as possible once I receive payment, usually within one to three days.
Returns & exchanges
I try to give exact descriptions of items, however, if not satisfied, I will refund money less any shipping or other expenses I have incurred. Buyer must returm item to me in the same condition as when I shipped it and pay all shipping expenses. I will work with Buyer to resolve problems.
I will take custom orders for pottery. I will wholesale but not consign. I need at least 6 weeks for custom orders, due to drying time for clay.
